This November, Redbridge Central Library held its first ever Islamic Arts and Heritage Festival, which was arranged to promote cultural understanding, shared learning, and community cohesion through exhibition displays, arts and craft activities, short film screenings and much more.

Our school choir, Sawt Un Noor, were cordially invited by the organisers to perform, and Masha'Allah, what a wonderful performance they put on!

Our pupils opened their segment with a beautiful recitation from the Holy Qur'an, along with an English translation, followed by a traditional duff (one-sided drum) performance and ended with the delightful nasheed, 'Wonderful World'.
