For cultural heritage week we have been learning all about France. As a class we created our own French flag. The colours on the flag are blue, red and white.

The three colours are sometimes said to represent the following:

blue is for freedom

white is for equality

red is for brotherhood

In France, croissants are usually eaten for breakfast. In Olive Tree class we tried some French buttered croissants. They were really tasty!
