This week Year 3 went on an exciting trip to the British Museum to learn more about the Ancient Egyptians and their traditions and beliefs.

During our trip, we discovered many different artefacts such as sarcophagi (stone tombs) and canonic jars (jars to store organs). We even saw a mummy! 

"We had so much fun! We saw many different things. Here are a few things we saw: Hieroglyphics, a skeleton laying on the floor and the Rosetta Stone. We also saw a map of Africa".
